How we Sell for You!

Packrat Auctions makes the eBay selling process easy for you.

Step 1

Contact us about your Items for Sale

Let’s discuss what you have for sale. We will need descriptions of each item, including any history on the item, how and where it was obtained or purchased.

Our friendly staff will help you determine which items are good to sell online and make recommendations on the best method to use to maximize the final sale value.

Step 2

Schedule an Appointment

We will need to see the items you would like to sell and to take digital pictures. Ideally, we’d like to take possession of the item, so the shipment to the auction winner is more efficient. If items are too large to take, other arrangements can be made. At this time our clients will be given a receipt of all items acquired for consignment and a copy of our selling agreement.

We have a secure office/warehouse location to store your items during the auction sales process and we are fully insured against damage or loss.

Step 3

We List your Items up on eBay

This is where we really shine! Packrat Auctions will do all the research, take photos and list your items for sale on eBay. We professionally manage the entire process from handling email inquires, collecting the monies, packing and shipping to finalize the sale.

Step 4

You Get Paid for Items Sold

We collect the final value of sold items from the highest bidder. After payment has cleared, we ship the item to the winning bidder. The buyer has 14 days to inspect the item.

After this time, we will send you a check for the net proceeds of the sale (minus our commission & fees). Checks are sent out on a two-week basis.
